Home learning

Home learning will be sent out every Friday and collected back in on the following Wednesday.  It will consist of one piece of English, Maths, Topic or Science and spellings and tables.  The English and Maths will be activities to reinforce what has been covered in class that week and your child should be able to complete them independently. 

Reading

The children are responsible for changing their own books and they can do this during daily reading time.  Please listen to your child read daily for approximately 10 minutes and/or chat to them about their book. Children must bring their PACT folders and reading journals to school every day.

Children are no longer asked to bring in kits, they just need to come in suitable PE clothes on their day.
